Olga Potapova, Ph.D.
Founder
President and CEO
Olga Potapova is an expert in drug development, leading edge biotechnology and research service business set up and development. Currently she leads Cureline Inc., and two subsidiary companies: Cureline BioPathology and Cureline Clinical Consulting Partners. Together, Cureline companies provide comprehensive preclinical and clinical research services and consulting with an emphasis on global biospecimens management and early stage clinical development.
Prior to founding Cureline in 2003, Olga Potapova worked in the field of cancer research, including positions at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Pfizer (SUGEN). Olga has broad expertise in oncology, human molecular genetics and genomics, and her research experience includes 15 years of molecular diagnostics development and translational medicine. She has received multiple AACR / AFLAC awards, a NATO fellowship, and has published multiple scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Potapova holds international and US patents.
Olga Potapova received a M.Sc. in Physics and a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics/Biochemistry from the Russian Academy of Science.
Kathleen Talmadge, B.Sc.

Kathleen Talmadge has been an entrepreneur and a business manager for over 25 years. At Cureline BioPathology, Kathleen oversees operations, human resources and finance activities of the company. After joining Cureline in 2005, Kathleen was instrumental in setting and managing company’s service contracts, finance planning, and project management. She brings to the Cureline BioPathology laboratory her extensive experience in finance, accounting, purchasing and contract negotiations.
Kathleen Talmadge holds a B.Sc. in Economics degree from Assumption College, Makati, Philippines.

Lita DeLeon, B.Sc. in Medical Technology
Founder
Director, Histology Laboratory
Lita DeLeon has over 20 years of experience in histology research (ASCP certified), including setting up a new contract research laboratory facility. She has supervised and monitored numerous GLP and non-GLP preclinical studies and has developed and customized Histology protocols. Previously, Lita DeLeon was instrumental in organizing the clinical and research histology laboratories at BioPathology Sciences Medical Corporation, Deltagen, Inc., Comparative Biosciences, and Celtrix Pharmaceutical, Inc. She is author of many publications and presentations in research histology.
Lita DeLeon holds a B.Sc. in Medical Technology degree from Far Eastern University, Manila, Philippines.

Warren Dodge
Founder
Business Advisor
Warren Dodge has extensive experience in the oncology services market with more than 15 years experience in the healthcare industry and 25 years experience growing early-stage businesses. He has been involved with the launch of several successful oncology service companies including Oncology Therapeutics Network (OTN) in 1991 and National Oncology Alliance (NOA) in 2001. He is currently a CEO of Oncology Metrics, a company providing data business for the oncology community.
As Senior Vice President and General Manager of OTN from 1991 to 1998, Warren was part of the team that developed and implemented new ideas for servicing community oncology including Lynx, pharmacy support, drug information, next-day shipping, online ordering, extended dating and then discounts for early payments. As one of the principals at NOA from 2001 to 2005, he was involved in the development of a wide range of well-known tools including the HIPAA Toolkit, NOA Compare, NOA Treatment Guidelines, Supportive Care Toolkit Series and the A program. He also spent time in 2000 at Documedics learning the challenges of reimbursement and patient assistance.
Elena Nemirovich-Danchenko, M.D., Ph.D.
Manager, Research Projects
Elena Nemirovich-Danchenko has been a Biosample Manager at Cureline since 2005, and is involved in histology research projects coordination for multiple biotechnology and academic clients. She supervises biospecimens storage, annotation and distribution for internal and custom histology projects.
Elena received an M.D. from the Pavlov Medical Academy (St. Petersburg, Russia), and completed a Ph.D. program in Human Pathology and Physiology at the Institute for Experimental Medicine (Russian Academy of Medical Sciences).
Anna Khan, B.A.
Manager, Marketing
Anna Khan is an experienced marketing professional with over 8 years in media planning, brand development, and market research. She held marketing director positions in the past and was instrumental in developing the strategic and tactical marketing plans for several large corporations in Asia.
Anna Khan has B.A. degree from the Kyrgyz State National University and has completed TNS Gallup Media post-graduate training in marketing and statistical analysis.
